OUR HISTORY

The history of Grand Sud agency is closely tied to the journeys and personalities of its different “protagonists.” Let’s go back to the first person behind this wonderful adventure: Aurélie.

Specializing in the sale of pharmacies and medical analysis laboratories, Aurélie spent 12 years sharpening her skills in customer relations and property management.
She later developed these skills within a general real estate agency in Vaucluse, eventually becoming an expert in tax-reduction schemes, inheritance rights, legal statuses, yields, and more…
But her love for her native region, the Gard, and her desire to write her own story led her to embark on the adventure.
An adventure above all human—designed for and with her clients!

In 2014, Grand Sud agency was founded in Le Grau-du-Roi.

What followed was a succession of wonderful encounters, shared affinities, human values, and expertise.
Over time, with the arrival of new team members, the agency has grown richer in multiple skills while staying true to its philosophy.
