The story of Grand Sud agency is closely tied to the journeys and personalities of its various "protagonists." Let’s revisit the first character behind this beautiful adventure: Aurélie.

Specialized in the transaction of pharmacies and analysis laboratories, Aurélie honed her skills in commercial relations and property management for 12 years.
She later developed these skills further within a general real estate agency in Vaucluse, eventually becoming an expert in tax exemption, inheritance laws, legal statuses, and investment returns.
But her love for her native region, Gard, and her desire to write her own story led her to embark on this adventure.
A deeply human adventure designed for and with her clients!

In 2014, Grand Sud agency was founded in Le Grau-du-Roi.

This was followed by a series of wonderful encounters, shared affinities, human values, and expertise.
Over time, with the arrival of Clara, Romy, and Christine, the agency enriched itself with diverse skills while staying true to its philosophy.
