L'Olivier is composed of a fitted kitchen area open to the living room, as well as to the terrace. Are at your disposal all the necessary equipment for your greatest comfort, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, combined microwave oven, fridge... as well as all the utensils necessary to prepare good meals.

The living room is spacious, with a comfortable sofa, TV, wifi, and air conditioning.
Enjoy the calm close to the city center, shops and the beach. Rest in one of the two bedrooms, each with 140 cm bedding.
The apartment has a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet.

A set of sheets for a double bed and 4 bath towels (2 large and 2 small) are included in the reservation.
Any additional requests will be charged: €25 including VAT for a double bed (2 people) or €15 including VAT for a single bed (1 person).
Basic products are provided, except for condiments, shower gel, and shampoo.

This apartment is located on the left bank of Grau du Roi, an identity and emblematic place marking the entrance to the Fishing Port. A great place to live a few minutes walk from all amenities and the beach.
The Résidence de l'Olivier is close to the village, close to all amenities, shops, boutiques, restaurants, and the beach. Allow a maximum of 10 minutes on foot to reach the shops, the center and the beach.
Only 400 m from the beach, it is an ideal place for your holidays, your business stays or your short stays.

Le logement est bien situé au centre ville du Grau du Roi, et proche de la plage. Même si l'on souhaite se rendre à la plage de l'Espiguette à pied ou en vélo celà se fait. L'appartement est spacieux et dans une propriété tranquille. L'équipe de l'agence de location est aimable et disponible.

Wir sind mit dem Aufenthalt in L'Oliver rundum zufrieden und empfehlen es gerne weiter. Ruhige Lage und trotzdem nicht mehr als 10 Minuten zu Fuss von Meer und Ort entfernt.
