##Description: 60 m2 comfortable marina, on the first floor of a small condominium.

Located on the 1st floor 1 without lift of a secure residence, it has 4 beds (2 Adults and 2 Children or Teenagers), to spend superb holidays by the sea. This Marina has private parking and a wharf for your boat.

This marina offers you a large living room bathed in light, air-conditioned and which opens onto a beautiful terrace with a view of the Port de Plaisance: the first Port de Plaisance in Europe.

The kitchen is open to the living room, fully equipped (hob, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, .....

A set of sheets for a double bed and 4 bath towels (2 large and 2 small) are included in the reservation.
Any additional requests will be charged: €25 including VAT for a double bed (2 people) or €15 including VAT for a single bed (1 person).
Basic products are provided, except for condiments, shower gel, and shampoo.

Sleeping side: bedroom 1 double bed 160 cm, square pillows 65x65, duvet. In the living room, flat screen TV.

Bedroom 2: 2 90 bunk beds, 65x65 square pillows, duvet.

Bathroom.

Separate toilet.
Basic products supplied except condiments.
