Facing the old Lighthouse, facing the sea, there is no better location to live the local life, to see the trawls going out to sea and coming back from fishing, to watch the small trades sort the fish and put their stalls in place. A wonderful place to live two minutes walk from all amenities and the beach.
The apartment L'Impérial 3 is comfortable and has a bedroom, one with a 140cm bed, a living room with a breathtaking view of the Old Lighthouse, the Canal, the sea, plus a fully equipped kitchenette. A bathroom with a toilet not separated completes the rooms made available. This apartment has a parking space reserved for any reservation made from March to November. The other months, parking is free of charge on the whole town of the GRAU DU ROI.
