The apartment "L'Impérial 3" is located on the Colbert quay of the Grau du Roi, an identity and emblematic place marking the entrance to the Fishing Port. Facing the old Lighthouse, facing the sea, there is no better location to live the local life, to see the trawls going out to sea and coming back from fishing, to watch the small trades sort the fish and put their stalls in place. A wonderful place to live two minutes walk from all amenities and the beach.

The apartment L'Impérial 3 is comfortable and has a bedroom, one with a 140cm bed, a living room with a breathtaking view of the Old Lighthouse, the Canal, the sea, plus a fully equipped kitchenette. A bathroom with a toilet not separated completes the rooms made available. This apartment has a parking space reserved for any reservation made from March to November. The other months, parking is free of charge on the whole town of the GRAU DU ROI.

All without vis-à-vis, out of sight and close to all shops and the beach.. Are at your disposal all the necessary equipment for your greatest comfort, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge... as well as all the necessary utensils to prepare good small dishes.

Basic products supplied except condiments

A set of sheets for a double bed and 4 bath towels (2 large and 2 small) are included in the reservation.
Any additional requests will be charged: €25 including VAT for a double bed (2 people) or €15 including VAT for a single bed (1 person).
Basic products are provided, except for condiments, shower gel, and shampoo.

You have a private parking space with this apartment on an air parking located 300 m from the residence. Note that this parking space is numbered and private each year from the beginning of March to the beginning of November. For any rental from the beginning of November to the beginning of March, parking is free in the town, since parking is free everywhere in the town during this winter period only.

Grau du Roi Train Station is 1 km away.Bus services are available nearby. The nearest frequent traffic station is Montpellier Sud de France train station and the nearest airport is also Montpellier airport.
