It is located in a residence located near the city center of the Grau King area very popular, both close to all amenities and quiet.

This apartment is a Studio Cabin which has a pleasant proximity to the sea on foot. It consists of a kitchen area open to the living room. The sleeping area is a folding bed that is located in the living room. This apartment is ideal for a couple. Are at your disposal all the necessary equipment for your comfort, coffee machine, microwave, fridge... as well as all the necessary utensils to prepare good dishes.

Enjoy the calm of the resort and rest in this bright and clear space, CLOSE to everything.

The evenings have beautiful sunsets according to the seasons.

The apartment has a bathroom with shower and separate toilet.

The residence has private parking, with free places where you can park your vehicle for free.

A set of sheets for a double bed and 4 bath towels (2 large and 2 small) are included in the reservation.
Any additional requests will be charged: €25 including VAT for a double bed (2 people) or €15 including VAT for a single bed (1 person).
Basic products are provided, except for condiments, shower gel, and shampoo.

The beach is 700m away.
Ideally located for everything on foot: Shops, Markets (city center), Restaurants and Tapas bars, Cinema. The seaside resort of Grau du Roi allows you to enjoy walks along the shores of the Mediterranean, to ride by bike to the Salins d'Aigues Mortes (green circuits – Bike rental at 300m), and also by pedalos (paillote), by boat (docks), in 4x4 to discover Camargue Gardoise. Nearby Amusement Park: Luna Park and Amigolang, Port-Camargue Thalassotherapy: 3 km facing the South Beach
Beach of Espiguette and South Beach: Kite-Surf spot.

Transportation

Grau du Roi Train Station is 3 km away. Bus services are available nearby. The nearest frequent traffic station is Montpellier Sud de France station and the nearest airport is also Montpellier airport.
In addition and with a request in advance of your reservation, we can find you a solution to come and pick you up at the airport or train station and you bring in peace to your holiday place.
