This apartment is located on the 1st floor. This apartment is arranged as follows: a kitchen kitchenette, living room and a bathroom. Reversible air conditioning is present. The apartment is located in a residence that has a common parking. Places are not allocated but there is always parking. The property is close to all amenities: it is located 500 meters from shops and close to the beach.
For leisure, there is a marina. There are also many restaurants within 10 minutes. Are at your disposal all the necessary equipment for your comfort, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge… The living room is nice, bathed in light, with a sofa, a TV. Enjoy the calm and rest in this studio with clean decoration The apartment has a bathroom with shower and a toilet.

A set of sheets for a double bed and 4 bath towels (2 large and 2 small) are included in the reservation.
Any additional requests will be charged: €25 including VAT for a double bed (2 people) or €15 including VAT for a single bed (1 person).
Basic products are provided, except for condiments, shower gel, and shampoo.
