The apartment "La Croix du Sud 2" is located on the seafront of the left bank, an identity and emblematic place marking the entrance to the Fishing Port. Facing the sea, there is no better location to experience local life, see the trawls going out to sea and returning from fishing, watching the small businesses sorting the fish and setting up their stalls. A great place to live two minutes walk from all amenities and the beach.

The apartment La Croix DU SUD is comfortable and has a bedroom with a 140cm bed and a cabin with bunk beds, a living room with a breathtaking view of the sea, plus a fully equipped kitchen area. A bathroom and a separate toilet complete the rooms made available. This apartment has a reserved parking space for all reservations made from March to November. The other months, parking is free throughout the town of GRAU DU ROI.
TV, dishwasher, washing machine, wifi.
All without vis-à-vis, out of sight and close to all the shops and the beach. All the necessary equipment is at your disposal for your greatest comfort, coffee machine, toaster, kettle , oven, microwave, fridge... as well as all the necessary utensils to prepare good meals.

The living room is pleasant, bathed in light, with a sofa bed, a TV and access to the sea view balcony.
Rest in one of the two warm rooms with refined decoration.
The apartment has a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.

A set of sheets for a double bed and 4 bath towels (2 large and 2 small) are included in the reservation.
Any additional requests will be charged: €25 including VAT for a double bed (2 people) or €15 including VAT for a single bed (1 person).
Basic products are provided, except for condiments, shower gel, and shampoo.
