Free cancellation up to 5 day(s) before arrival, then 50% cancellation fee up to 3 day(s) before arrival, then 100% cancellation fee.
CANCELLATION:
In case of cancellation 5 days before the date of the stay, the deposit paid will in no case be refunded, the entire deposit will be kept by the host and a penalty of 50% of the price of the stay will be kept in total by the host (deposit included). In case of modification, late cancellation (less than 3 days), or no presentation on the expected date of arrival, the entire balance will be claimed by the host who then reserves the right to dispose of the accommodation immediately.
