The Accommodation
The apartment "L'Impérial 4" is located on the third floor on Quai Colbert in Le Grau du Roi, an iconic location marking the entrance to the fishing port, facing the Old Lighthouse and the sea. It offers an exceptional view of the canal and Quai Colbert, ideal for watching the fishing boats come and go and enjoying the authentic atmosphere of the port.
Bright and cross-ventilated, the apartment benefits from a beautiful South-West exposure, offering stunning sunsets over the sea and the canal entrance. Its private terrace allows you to fully enjoy this unique view.
The apartment consists of:
One bedroom with a 160 cm double bed,
A second bedroom with another 160 cm double bed,
A living room with a sofa,
A fully equipped kitchen area,
A bathroom with shower.
The apartment does not have air conditioning, but is equipped with fans for your comfort during the summer. Its cross-ventilation also ensures good natural airflow.
You will find at your disposal: TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and all necessary utensils for cooking.
This apartment includes a private parking space from July to September, located about 5 minutes' walk from the residence.

Access
You will have the entire apartment for yourself to fully enjoy your stay in Camargue.
Check-in and check-out are managed through Grand Sud Immobilier agency, located just next door at 2 rue Alsace Lorraine, Le Grau du Roi.
Keys are available for collection from 4 pm at the agency, and after 6 pm via self check-in, still at the agency.
Transport
Private parking space on an open-air parking lot 700 meters from the residence (reserved from March to November).
Grau du Roi train station is 1 km away.
Bus stops nearby.
Montpellier Sud de France TGV station and Montpellier Airport are both easily accessible in less than an hour.

Any additional request will be charged:

CANCELLATION:
In case of cancellation 5 days before the date of the stay, the deposit paid will in no case be refunded, the entire deposit will be kept by the host and a penalty of 50% of the price of the stay will be kept in total by the host (deposit included). In case of modification, late cancellation (less than 3 days), or no presentation on the expected date of arrival, the entire balance will be claimed by the host who then reserves the right to dispose of the accommodation immediately.
